
Bet (A.2.1)
The Bet level is for those who know the basics and are ready to move on to the next level. We learn the future tense, practice a lot of speaking and reading, learn complex preposition usage and important vocabulary.
Bet+ (A.2.2)
The Bet+ level is for those who already begun the higher level, control basic future tense, and have vocabulray that gets them around quite well. We introduce the passive voice, start dealing with higher level texts and topics, learn the gerund, the noun conjugation and complex conditional sentences. By the end of this level students are quite confident in taking part in conversations, expressing themselves enough for daily life, and are feeling very confident in a Hebrew speaking environment.
Gimmel + (B1.2)
The second part of the Gimmel level - in which we sharpen our knowledge of the Hebrew grammar, and practice our reading skills using real newspapers, books and movies. This important level is the shift needed between still being a Hebrew student, and being a Hebrew speaker. After this level, academically oriented student start doing their "Mechina" (Pre-university courses), and other students start absorbing language according to their profession.
Aleph (A.1.1)
The Aleph level, or the Breakthrough level, is a level good to end with as soon as possible. We learn both reading and writing systems, the present tense, sentence structure, questions and get basic conversation skills. If you have the time needed - we recommend starting with the intensive since the results are usually better.
Aleph+ (A.1.2)
We learn the past tense, advanced sentence structures, questions and conversation skills. We focus both on reading interesting texts adapted to the level, conversation skills, preposition conjugation, and tips and tricks that will make your Hebrew sound good and correct. The program is intended for students who have already done an 80 hour course (Aleph).
Policies:
1. A course costs 2500 NIS (vat included). A student can't start a course without settling his/her payment. A seat in a class will not be saved without a payment.
2. A course consists of 80 learning units (1 learning unit = 45 minute lesson)
3. The minimal amount of students per class is 7 and the maximal amount is 10
4. In case not enough students register we might delay the class starting date in up to two weeks. In case we change the date, a registered student is allowed to cancel his/her participation without penalty.
5. Learning materials are not included in the price, but can be purchased here at a reduced price
6. It is mandatory to do homework, as homework is an important part of the studying. Students who don't do homework are slowing down the progress of the group.
7. Cancellation: if a student wishes to cancel his/her participation, he/she has to notify the Ulpan by email within 2 weeks of registration and no less than 7 working days before the course begins. A fee of 100 NIS will be charged for cancellation.
8. A student who is found stealing from the Ulpan or from the teachers and students, harming or harassing, physically or verbally, the Ulpans assets, teachers or students, will be expelled immediately without any refund, and will be subjected to a lawsuit.
9. Students are responsible for their own personal belongings. Ulpan Bayit is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged items belonging to students. Ulpan Bayit is not liable to you for any injury, death, costs related to medical treatment, or costs related to repatriation or for any other losses, damages (whether direct or indirect), compensation, costs or expenses.

Gimmel (B.1.1)
The Gimmel level is for advanced students, who need to expand their Hebrew in order to use it in work, higher education, and total immersion in the Israeli society. We will expand our knowledge on Hebrews verb/root systems, expand our vocabulay using newspapers and popular culture, learn how to communicate and speak about advanced topics, and get used to using complex sturctures in writing and when we speak our mind.






Dalet (B2.1)
The Upper-Intermediate level, for students who can read and understand the main points of complicated texts (such as news papers and popular science articles), but want to be able to read between the lines, understand delicate meanings, and to be able to communicate fluently on topics that have to do with abstract topics. This level is the minimum requirement by the Universities, and most of the students are able to start learning at the university after this level.
